Refunds will be granted or denied under the following circumstances.

 1. If notification is sent 30 days prior to the start of the season, a full refund will be issued.

2. If a player attends any portion of a practice or a game, no refund will be given. 

3.If a player decides that he/she does not want to participate or is unable to participate notification must be sent to registrarclysc@gmail.com. If refund is approved, refund will be issued as soon as possible.

LATE FEE IS $15

• If spaces is available after deadline, a late fee may apply to CLYSC registration to add a player to a roster. 

• Space is available on a first come first serve basis. In order to be ready for the first day of each season, CLYSC administration needs appropriate time to order gear for each player, create teamand coordinate schedules

• This late fee will be used to cover additional costs of ordering last minute gear for registered players and cover additional costs of adding training time and space. This late fee will not be refunded without appropriate approval from the CLYSC administrative staff.
