Please be advised that for any game cancellation, you must contact me, Lynne Fults, the field scheduler and/or Don Kitzel, the referee assignor.  Games are difficult to reschedule and must be played within a specific time frame.  Also understand that when you cancel a game and/or practice for "personal" reasons, this not only effects your team, but another team, parents of those players and referees.  Game cancellation should be a LAST resort, not a first.  If you are unable to make a game and/or practice, please set something up with a parent on your team, or myself.  We want these kids to play and enjoy the season, not question why it's sun shining outside and their game and/or practice was canceled.
